The Struggle is Real

When I say the Struggle is real I mean it. Life has a way of throwing a curve ball at you in mid-stride. Especially when you trying to operate and move in God word because chaos is the devil playground. As a woman in her mid-30’s while I seem to have it mostly together society will make you think you are missing something. It almost like I’m not doing enough. So I have a career but I’m not married so all I hear when you getting married. Like really people I know when I’m getting married and who I’m marrying. And please don’t forget the people who attempt to set you up or tell you what’s wrong with you and how you should get a man UGHHHH!!!. Then I hear you need to have some babies your eggs are getting old. First, stop clocking my Uterus and Secondly, I’m not married so you want me to do things outside of Gods order. I guess that doesn’t matter. Then you add on the pressures of social media when you see people around your age and they are making 6 figures and driving expensive cars with no college education and then you start questioning your path that you took. All you can do it say Lord Help ME. Can I say Faith Tested as you begin to lose your patience and Ultimately Question God???? Yikes!!!! Like what did I do wrong, how is she getting her heart’s desire and I’m not?

But something happens, and you realize that the plan God has for you is a precise plan designed for your life. For me it was simple, I got sick, and in 24 hours I went from full steam ahead to stagnate. The house I was going to buy no longer an option and you realize that the person you were questioning is the only one you can count on. And then you realize Isaiah 41:10“Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand” has never been truer. And then you begin to take it day by day and walk you’re on race remembering Philippians 4:13 that I can do everything through Christ who gives me strength”

Now your walk changes your speech changes, and then you realize that God always had your back, you just had to have faith and trust in him; and with every step, you take you begin to understand God’s word and the situation that you wanted, in the beginning, you see it would have been a tragedy. Now I can look up and say Proverb 31:25 has never been true because I’m excited about the future because you honestly trust God. So, while the trials and tribulations will come and you may have your moments of doubt You say Man The Struggle is Real, But GOD!!!
